In French, which I don’t speak particularly well, carte has several meanings—including card, map, and menu. It’s an easy leap then that my newsletter, À la Carte, is dedicated to these things: our experiences in Paris and the rest of France, my time at Le Cordon Bleu, the things we eat, day to day life.
